When you book a transfer with us, you receive:

The transfer from/to Pulkovo Airport includes: flight tracking, 30 minutes of free waiting, and assistance with luggage. If waiting exceeds 30 minutes, further waiting is charged at 10 RUB per minute.
At your request, the driver will meet you with a name sign. This service is an additional 500 RUB.
The train station transfer (train station – hotel / hotel – train station) applies to all train stations: Baltiysky, Vitebsky, Ladoga, Moskovsky, and Finlandsky. The cost includes parking and 10 minutes of free waiting. If waiting exceeds 10 minutes, further waiting is charged at 10 RUB per minute.
Free cancellation of the transfer is available until the vehicle is dispatched. If the transfer is canceled after dispatch, a penalty of 500 RUB will be charged.
