The restaurant of the Bagration Hotel, overlooking the Neva, is pleased to offer visitors a new summer menu.
On a hot day, cold borscht with beef and okroshka with kvass or kefir is wonderfully refreshing.
We are especially proud to present the gourmet dishes from the chef: stewed duck leg on a vegetable saute with cauliflower cream and grilled tuna with green beans, zucchini, broccoli and cherry tomatoes.
For dessert we recommend strawberry soup with vanilla ice cream.
Among the drinks, an assortment of lemonades has appeared, including lavender.
